Every effort is made to secure products within their packaging for delivery. If items do become damaged en route, please write us an email or call within 5 working days of delivery to describe the damage and arrange a replacement pack or refund. Unfortunately we can only refund or replace the entire pack, not individual items within the pack and all items must be returned to us unused.  Please be assured that we handle all customer feedback appropriately and we appreciate hearing your thoughts about our products.

Cancellations will be accepted up until the pack has left our premises. Please note that most purchases are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after the order has been placed and payment has been received.

If you are unsatisfied with any of the products in our packs please let us know within 10 days of receipt of your pack to discuss an appropriate exchange or refund.
